1. To screen and verify new clients, we require a copy of a drivers' license or passport (you are welcome to hide the numbers). We will also want to have a conversation with you over the phone to break the ice and make sure we’re a good fit. Normally, this means talking about how our days have gone and what we might have in common.
2. We require a fifteen percent deposit when making an appointment. You can make the deposit via Venmo, CashApp, or credit card.

To pay with Venmo, you will need the app and an account. Send the deposit to Staci here or by using her number: (563) 210-0969. Please put "cash" in the "What is this for" field.

CashApp works exactly the way Venmo does. To pay via CashApp, you will need to download the app and create an account. My username is $JJservicing, which is the name that will appear in your CashApp transaction history.

To pay with a credit card, please let me know how long you would like to spend with us so we can calculate the deposit. Then go to my Throne page and scroll down to "Trio Utilities." The amount there should reflect the deposit we discussed plus Throne's service fee. Your credit card statement will list Throne as the merchant, and your name and card information will never be shared with me.
3. You are welcome to pay the remainder with cash or through any of the methods above.. When we meet, we will require the rest of the payment up front.
4. Give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel our date. If you cancel with less notice or fail to meet us, we may retain the deposit and decline to meet you in the future.
